The YOGA of Ascending into the Bliss Body
Yoga. Ascension. Bliss. Body.
Four words that I, Mikael can use to easily describe the BreathLight Experience.
Yoga means “to yoke or bind together” to create Union. It does not automatically mean that if you can stretch, contort, or flex your body like a pretzel that you are instantly creating Union, although this has become the more popular trend in the west. To be frank, what most people consider “Yoga”, I call “Spiritual Stretching for the Ego-Mind” and I have been practicing Asanas for the the last 13 years.
NOW is the time to Ascend IN & Descend Out. NOW is the time to love our sacred sexuality, our sensual creativity, our unconscious shadow and most of all not be afraid of our loving power to serve our gift to humanity.
And Now, as many of us know, is the only thing we got. And what exactly do we have?
We have the Breath.
Before we create, manifest, intend or do anything, it all begins with the Breath. Deep Inhale, letting go exhale and the incredible loving body intelligence to self-generate Bliss in every moment. This is the time to transcend beyond the confines of all old systems, material or spiritual, and move gracefully into the heart torsion power of the conscious breath and it’s ability to be both light & dark, cathartic & orgasmic, transcendental & ecstatically pleasurable, immensely challenging & super vision clarifying all at the same time.
The BreathLight Experience is also the unique Heart Torsion Carrier Wave to Move Beyond the addictive routine trap of ingesting Psychedelic Entheogens & other mind-altering drugs in order to experience alternative states of awareness/being. The breath is all that is needed and plus you can become attached all you want for free!
Honestly, BreathLight to me is like Co-creating a Cosmic Marriage with yourself. You can do lifetimes of spiritual workshops, ceremonies, healings, channelings, and devote yourself to Asana (stretching) & Pranayama (controlled breathing) everyday but without experiencing making blissful sensual tantric self-love to yourself through the breath, what’s the point?
We are here to be joyfully free, to be authentically real, to be generously healthy, to multi-dimensionally prosper with our unique purpose, and to BE THE LOVE that we are no longer waiting for, outside of ourselves.
BreathLight as a Now Earth Life Path begins with us showing up truthfully, honestly and in full transparency to serve humanity with empowerment, compassion and wisdom. So let’s descend out of this preliminary body of personal text and dive into the “ Yoga of Ascending into the Bliss Body.”
As a conscious being, in order to have a full human experience, one must fully be “IN” their body and yet so many of us on this yogic/consciousness path are not. We suffer because we spiritually “THINK” we are ONE and we saturate our need for Oneness with habitual self-denial and/or external addictions (drugs, alcohol, food, sex, etc) to fulfill that momentary desire for Unconscious Oneness. Right from our initial genetic womb choices through all our experiences as children into adult life, we contract and hold memories, emotions, thoughts, traumas and experiences in our physical, emotional, sexual, mental and psycho-spiritual bodies. These contracted energy forms create belief blockages and mis-alignments in the subtle channels that our true expanded self enters and interfaces through.
When this happens the auto-pilot system of the brain – the ego mind – happily takes control and manages our experiences based on this vast storehouse of sub/unconscious impressions. This results in automated reactions to events in our lives rather than conscious choices and new playful responses. In other words, we unconsciously move through life repeating patterns that continuously get reinforced through time.
A BreathLIGHT Experience is a double helix diaphragmatic breathing process that activates the Kundalini/Tantric life force within the physical psycho-somatic body. This universal life force (chi) moves through all the bodies’ pathways inviting gentle release of repressed and contracted energies. By employing this method, one clears the central channel allowing their true expanded self to enter the entire body. This allows one to gracefully merge with the inherent intelligence of the original human body blueprint and every sub-atomic particle is sensually nourished from within.

The process itself may be done individually or in groups, led by a facilitator trained to hold a vibrationally charged sacred service space. During the session, individuals employ three breathing patterns that alchemically move energy through all levels of physical, emotional, sexual, mental and psycho-spiritual states of awareness. In addition BreathLIGHT also entails specific acupressure point body mapping, sacred sound, color therapy and sacred geometry.
